Initial situation

 

An L-shaped conference and meeting room with a floor area of 224 m² and a ceiling height of 3.6 metres to the raw ceiling. Approximately 60% of the room has a suspended plasterboard ceiling. The long side of the room has a floor-to-ceiling glass front. The ratio of solid walls to lightweight plasterboard walls is approximately 1:1. In the entrance area, which is accessed via a double wooden door, there is a low row of cupboards installed as a kind of kitchenette. There is an approx. 8 m² screen on the front wall. With row seating, known as theatre seating, the room is suitable for up to 180 people.

The row seating, combined with an area for a standing reception or break zone, offers space for 99 participants. In addition to the AOS Screen50 series wall absorbers, a plasterboard acoustic ceiling with square perforations installed in some areas ensures optimal room acoustics.

With complete row seating, the conference room can accommodate up to 133 people. In addition to the plasterboard acoustic ceiling with square perforations, the AOS wall absorbers from the Screen50 series ensure good room acoustics.
