CBRE In Upper West Berlin

New flexible workplace concept with best room acoustics on the 26th floor of the Upper West at Breitscheidplatz with a breathtaking view over Berlin. The tower of the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, one of the most striking buildings in Berlin, is in the immediate vicinity and within one's reach. The slender, elegant office tower with its gleaming white façade structured by staggered elements is one of the first hybrid towers built in Germany. With a height of 119 meters, it is one of the tallest and most prestigious buildings in Berlin. The architect for the urban design and façade planning is Professor Christoph from Langhof Studio for Architecture Design / Berlin. KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten Berlin was commissioned for the design and object planning. According to plans of the product designer Jette Sophie Börger and in close cooperation with the participating architects, the new location of CBRE was realized on the 26th floor with the participation of AOS.

With more than 80,000 employees in over 111 countries, CBRE is the largest global real estate services company in the world. The room acoustic theme, as well as the quality of design, was high on the agenda of the project managers. The specialists from AOS were already involved to this point in the design planning. At the new premises should be supported mobile work and also different work processes with a diverse range of space - such as Think Tanks, Focus Rooms, Pitch Space and Work Café. The flexible work is also supported by the principle of "desk sharing". Employees can dock at any desk with their laptop and have free seating choice. This way the project-related work is being encouraged. The interactive and open design of the rooms encourages communication and above all the creativity at the workplace. The boundaries between living area and public Office area disappear. Only a few floors below there is a roof terrace which has some highlights to offer, in particular a breathtaking view over Berlin. Anyone interested in architecture, art and design is at the right place. The cooperation with the architects, interior architects and specialist planners as well as the globally renowned company CBRE is a successful example for the optimization of room acoustics and the integration of sound-absorbing elements in the interior design.
