That sounds and feels good.

The new service advisor workstations at Allysca, a wholly owned subsidiary of ERGO, were handed over to employees at the end of 2025 following intensive planning and acoustic calculations. Under the project name ‘Relocation Allysca’, the task was to integrate 170 workstations in Munich from their previous location at Kustermannpark into ERGO's administrative headquarters at Thomas-Dehler-Str. 2. One of the major challenges was the planning and implementation of room acoustic conditions for these communication-intensive workstations. The project managers therefore initially commissioned AOS to carry out extensive acoustic measurements and prepare an acoustic assessment based on VDI 2569 and ASR A3.7.

The result not only sounds and feels good, it also looks good. The workspaces, which were designed according to the acoustic concept developed, are divided into six room zones and structured into three colour themes. Based on ERGO's New Work concept, the highly sound-absorbing AOS partition walls from the Mood Line connect series correspond to the colour concept in terms of design. Also part of these colour schemes are the AOS wall absorbers 55 used on the walls with large-format digital printing, divided into three motif categories. The dimensions and exact positioning of the acoustic measures follow the previously prepared acoustic expertise, resulting in a room acoustic classification B according to VDI 2569 2019.
