The AOS claim to design products sustainably involves more than just selecting the right materials and manufacturing techniques. For AOS, the entire life cycle of our products is crucial, underpinned by high quality and timeless design. 

Based on high-quality craftsmanship and a healthy dose of manual labour, AOS has been creating high-quality, durable products in sustainable series production since it was founded in 2005. The basic structure of our highly sound-absorbing absorbers is completely modular.

This enables us to upgrade AOS product series used over many years with just a few targeted measures so that they are in no way inferior to a new purchase.

One example:

Your acoustic room partitioning systems as well as the wall and ceiling absorbers from AOS still fulfil their function 100% after almost two decades. The systems and absorbers are still valuable and have lost none of their performance. 

And yet there is a desire for something new. For a more modern appearance with up-to-date colours, materials and structures.

Purchasing new products and systems and dismantling and recycling existing elements is one option. However, this is not the only option and may not be the preferred option for a number of reasons.

It is definitely worth examining the possibilities and options carefully before deciding which route to take.
