Carolinger Café

The Carolinger Café and the associated cottage village in Villmar-Weyer in the picturesque Laubus Valley on the Taunus were put into operation in 2019 and follows an ecological, regional and sustainable orientation. The café is equipped with about 50 seats. In the entrance area is an in-house bakery with store baking oven. In addition to the very nice ambience inside, the café has a balcony terrace with about 25 seats, with a view over the Laubusbach, the village and into the forests of the Hintertaunus. An important unique selling proposition from the very beginning was to "focus on the principle of regionality". Both the restaurant and the café pursue a high value chain of homemade food.

The interior design concept is reduced, warm and natural. Thus, the objective for AOS was to support the pleasant atmosphere of the space also in terms of good acoustics, thus inviting customers to stay longer. With the highly sound-absorbing ceiling absorbers of the Screen50 series in a warm but also fresh orange color, AOS was able to make an important contribution to a very successful overall concept in the gastronomy area of the Carolinger Café.
