The requirements to a modern office environment have changed a lot in the last few years. Office workplaces not only need to meet the changed technical properties, but also need to take into consideration very different working situations: from focused work alone to project-related group work. Since use of the workplace may change even on short notice during one day, flexible solutions and concepts are needed. It is not enough to only focus on the workplace; the entire working environment must be considered. Only this will create working worlds that equally promote performance capacity, creativity and well-being of the employees.
